“Come to Me, all
you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you
and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest
for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
Even youths grow
tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD
will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run
and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Because of the LORD’s
great love we are not consumed: we are hard pressed on every side, but not
crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck
down, but not destroyed, for His compassions never fail. They are new every
morning; great is His faithfulness.
Therefore I will
boast all the more gladly about my weakness: The Sovereign LORD is my strength;
He makes my feet like the feet of a deer, He enables me to go on the heights.
Yes, His grace is sufficient for me, for His power is made perfect in weakness.
