Swearing in Fiction Part 2

The first movie clip we’re analyzing this week comes from My Fair Lady. Near the end of the musical, the arrogant and overbearing Professor Higgins is told off by his experimental protégé, Eliza Doolittle. He storms out of the house and well, this is what happens:



So what do you think? Is this an appropriate time/place for swearing? Why or why not?
