Ten Books with Fabulous Writing

Okay. I really can’t pick. It truly depends on the standard given before I can say which are my favorite books. So today, here are ten of the books/series of contemporary Christian science-fiction and fantasy that I believe has some of the best writing on the market. Note—this applies to how the story is told, not the specifics of the content itself. That list I’ll be posting tomorrow. (Books link to my full reviews.)

10. The Blood of Kings by Jill Williamson

9. Firebird Trilogy by Kathy Tyers

8. Legends of the Guardian-King by Karen Hancock

7. Dominion Trilogy by Robin Parish

6. Auralia’s Threads by Jeffrey Overstreet

5. Lost Mission by Athol Dickson

4. The Gifted by Lisa T. Bergen

3. Lamb Among the Stars by Christ Walley

2. Faery Rebels Series by R. J. Anderson

1. King Raven Trilogy by Stephen Lawhead

It is a tough thing to narrow down all the books we've read to just one. That's like asking what your singlemost favorite food is, or which movie is your most favorite. Because we are people with many sides, we like all kinds, depending on our mood and circumstances. Anyway, it was interesting seeing which books you liked the most. Thanks for sharing them with us.

Please do, PTLK. Many of these books are well worth reading.

And I couldn't agree more with you, Mike. It's very hard to choose. But I do actually have a favorite. However, you'll have to read Thursday's list to find out what it is!
